Dundalk Bulls welcome Newmarket Canadians to Ireland.


On May 17th, the Newmarket Canadians from Ontario, Canada arrive in Ireland, with family and Friends.
They will play their first Ice Hockey game on Irish ice on Sunday morning 18th, face off 10.30am, against
Dundalk Bulls under 10s. They will be welcomed to Ireland that morning, by the Canadian Ambassador Patrick Binns
and Irish Minister for Justice Dermot Ahern. It will be the start of a week of fun and hockey for the Canadian and Irish kids.

The full itinerary is as follows:

MAY 18th
Dundalk Bulls U10s v Newmarket Canadians - face off 10.30am. Welcome tea at 10am.

10.00 (Sean/Tom/Gerry will pick Bulls team which will include 1 net minder)

MAY20th
Dundalk Bulls u12s v Newmarket Canadians - face off 6.30pm (NO TRAINING FOR UNDER 10S TONIGHT)

MAY 22nd
Dundalk Bulls u10s v Newmarket Canadians - face off 5.30pm

MAY 23rd
All Bulls Parents and players are invited to Carrickdate Hotel for a 'get to know each other'session.

Tickets will be on sale €10 per adult - KIDS FREE.

MAY 24th
JAMBOREE : There will be 4 teams in this mini '10s' tournament.

Newmarket Canadians, Junior Giants, Dundalk Bulls white team, Dundalk Bulls black team.

(Sean/Gerry/Tom will assign you to your team - Bulls players)

MAY 25th
Dundalk Bulls u12s v Newmarket Canadians - face off 9am

MAY 26th
Dundalk Bulls u10s v Newmarket Canadians - face off 5pm

The Canadians would also like to organise a game of soccer between Canada and Ireland. (day/time etc to follow)
